We were really pleased to be joined by Gary Brailsford last week, who is a specialist dysphagia chef. Members of the Dudley catering team spent the day with Gary looking at how we can develop and improve the blended food that some of our pupils have at lunchtime. We were all very impressed with the food they produced.
